About our rum
Our spiced rum is handcrafted and bottled on the remote island we call home, the Isle of Jura. Our rum sees Scottish Distilled white rum, aged in ex-bourbon casks, blended with our unique island water, juice orange peel, raisins and punchy spice mix.
Nosing brings the aroma of marmalade, dried fruits and toffee. Tasting brings flavours of pink pepper, nutmeg and dried apricots with a little bit of Christmas pudding.

About our raisins
Our rum soaked raisins are a byproduct of our production process. We use raisins to sweeten our spiced rum. They are soaked in the rum alongside our unique spice blend and orange peel, so not only are they boozy you will get hints of our spices in them too.
